At Desert Haven Church, we are crazy about kids!

We see children and youth as the future church, and see it as our calling to raise up a future generation of mighty followers of Christ.

As followers of Christ, we see his example as one who mentored those younger than him. He invested three years in a teenager named John, who later wrote the Gospel of John, the three letters of John, and the book of Revelations. It was Jesus who rebuked his disciples for not spending enough time with the children, saying, " He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Mark 10:14)

We love to have children around us. We incorporate them into our 10:30 worship service with a special Children's Message during the service, followed by our Kid's Church time.

During the week, we have our preschool, and love to see the energy and learning taking place each and every weekday.

In the summer, we transform our entire facility into our Vacation Bible School, a week of excitement and fun where kids learn the basics of what it means to be a follower of Christ.
